I remember, December 31, 2009, my first new year's...

Well, my celebration last year was kinda boring, I only ate M&M’s for media noche. luulz. =)) then I spent the rest of the night on tumblr and on facebook. but today’s a different celebration, mom decided to cook for media noche but we still don’t have round fruits. oh well, the only fruit we have is the mini oranges, two pears and one apple. kk. =))

2010 has been a fast year for me, a busy and crazy year and I’m hoping that 2011 will be better than this year. I hope I WILL BE A BETTER PERSON THIS TIME. A new year means moving on, I have to move on from all the bad things 2010 has brought me, and let go of the good memories that happened this 2010 that I know will never happen again this coming 2011.

I've been craving for Ube and Leche Flan the whole...

I don’t know why but since the town fiesta I’ve been craving a lot for ube & leche flan. Staring at the photos makes me want to eat the screen up. :3 Ube is a Filipino desert and specialty, Violet yam (Ube), boiled and grated, mixed with coconut milk and Sugar, and cooked until thick.
